Brick Facade Restoration. A facade of the 1950s never changed and modernized.

The original balcony, on the 2nd floor, was rotting. The brick and stone was breaking up due to the freeze and thaw.

Doors that did not insulate.

It was all replaced by a modern brick, but that kept the patrimonial requirements of the area.

Energy Star doors and windows. All for a warmer, luxurious and comfortable home.

This project was located in the North Island of Montreal.
