FOUNDATION REPAIR

This building had a crack in the foundation, which caused water and moisture to infiltrate the home and created mold in the basement.

The team demolished the walls and found a 2-inch-wide crack in the foundation.  

They filled it with a polyurethane injection, to completely solve the problem.

​

They then proceeded to rebuild the structure, isolate the walls and completely finish the project by placing gypsum, adding plaster and painting the room. 

All of this for a beautifully finished, moisture free and comfortable room.
